They perform a variety of functions; from assisting future customers complete their credit card applications to verifying information on those applications. Customer Contact Representatives are the primary point of contact for our customers. Many of our Representatives answer inbound calls, selling products and services to the card members while resolving inquiries such as billing explanations, and credit line increases. Some of our Customer Contact positions support card members that are past due on their accounts. These Representatives help card members maintain a solid credit history through education on account management. While other Customer Contact Representatives monitor credit card activity and place outbound calls to verify card member spending activity, protecting our card members from credit card fraud. Requirements - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Creative problem solving skills. Experience working in fast-paced work environment. Proficiency with Windows based applications. Sales experience is desirable.
