Financial Service Representative/Customer Service Call Center-Company in the city of Covina is looking for a customer service representative who will provide quality member service. Requirements are:High School Diploma  or equivalent required, Six months of banking experience, cross-selling experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good telephone techniques, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, completion and passing of in-house training/testing and certification for current position, attention to detail. Must have math aptitude, typing at 25 wpm, 10-key at 25 wpm, ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Job duties will include establishing new memberships and additional services by creating account records over phone.  Processes loan pre-approvals over phone.  Assists members with difficult problems or disputes. Also assist with monetary and non-monetary transactions like transfers, check withdrawals, stop payments, etc. Experience with cross-selling. Balances daily work, maintains fee reversal limits. Computer proficient with Word and Excel. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
