Customer Service Coach (Call Center)

Our Customer Service Center, located at our Blue Ball Operations Center, seeks an enthusiastic individual who can provide top-notch support to new hires & existing staff by developing & delivering training modules that are critical in responding to external customer inquiries. Responsibilities will also include preparing training schedules, logging performance activity, & ongoing evaluations of existing staff to ensure quality customer service.

Candidate will work primarily out of the Blue Ball Call Center, but must be flexible to work out of our Lititz Call Center, as needed.

First shift schedule, with 1 evening per week required (11:30am-8pm) and 1 Saturday per month (8am-4pm).

 

Top candidates will possess the following:

 

· 2+ years Banking experience in a Retail or Customer Service environment

· Experience & passion for training others

· A solid understanding of learning styles & the ability to prepare learning material.

· Call center experience a plus!

· Excellent verbal & written communication skills

· Ability to motivate others is critical
