Customer Service Collection Representatives

Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as demonstrate strong computer and data entry skills. As a customer service representative for RBS Citizens N.A., you will be expected to contact current customers, build relationships and bring delinquent accounts current in a call center environment. You will work with customers to set up payment plans and collect payments while maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction. You will be expected to input data entry while on the phone with customers. Job Location: North Scottsdale, AZ Hours per week: 40 hours. Varied schedules available.
