Customer Service Coordinator

Niche investment Bank located in central NJ is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator within our sales department.  Ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in customer service or sales. The position will serve as a primary contact for our existing customers and represent them at the Bank.  This position will act as our customer’s voice to help guide our level of service, identify new products, and see individual expectations are exceeded. The Customer Service Coordinator will be a liaison between our customers and our operations department. This position is also responsible for a yearly customer service mailing, tallying results and making recommendations that will help the Bank improve service levels. Reporting to sales, the direct line growth potential of this position is into a sales role, but the Bank may also offer opportunities in operations, marketing or disciplines yet to be determined. This position is also be responsible for serving as an information source for our sales department. Specific details include:Project manage account changes and requestsMaintain accuracy of communications with our customers (inbound and outbound)Manage the Bank’s customer communication policy, developed by marketing and executed by operationsFollow-up with customers on questions as well as customer satisfaction The ideal candidate will possess a ‘can-do’ attitude.  And display an eagerness to learn.  Communication skills will be important, as is the ability to project manage multiple tasks.  Please address all of these areas within your cover letter. The Bank has been in business for 20-years with a national customer base through its niche product offering.  Business is conducted through the Internet and phone sales, and we do not have customer foot-traffic.  The Bank also sells through a broker network and other distribution channels including payroll direct deposits.  Currently the Bank has less than 20-employees and in-as-such we offer a small office environment.
