Customer Service/Inbound Call Center Representative

Our company is experiencing exceptional growth within our Member Services division.  We are looking for entry level agents as well as bilingual (Spanish) agents to join our service and support team, servicing over 170 credit union clients with an array of services such as making loan payments, transferring funds and taking loan applications, as well as a multitude of other institutional services.

 

We are currently recruiting for part-time and full-time shifts at our Taylor and Auburn Hills locations. 

 

Requirements:

 Experience working in a call center Expericence working in a Credit Union or other financial institution Excellent customer service skills Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems Strong oral and written communication skills PC Navigation/Good computer and typing skills Time management and organizational skills

 

 

Preferences:

 Consumer lending experience "Soft Sales" experience Spanish speaking (premium pay) Strong issue resolutions skills Experience with web/chat and email support
