Customer Service Rep - Inbound

We are currently seeking to fill positions in our Customer Service Departments – Patient Support.

 

Hours: 10:00-7:00 or 11:00-8:00 / Monday – Thursday & Saturday 8:00-5:00, days off:  Friday & Sunday

 

Inbound Rep- Responsibilities include taking reorders via the phone and reorder cards, tracking packages to resolve problems with delivery, making changes to patient accounts as appropriate.

 

 

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, computer and data entry skills are required.

 

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D., previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, dependable, be able to multi-task, and a team player.  Candidates must also have proficient computer skills and be able to communicate effectively, prioritize, trouble shoot, and problem solve.
