Customer Service Representative - Auto Finance Co

Southern Auto Finance Company - SAFCo is currently searching for a qualified candidate for our Customer Service Representative position in Tulsa, Oklahoma. If you are detail oriented, and like to work in a fast paced environment, then we would like to hear from you.Position Summary - This person would perform a variety of office duties for the branch team, including data entry, filing, collections, assisting customers, reviewing credit reports, and assisting other team members of the branch.Duties and Responsibilities: Logs customer applications in the order they are received from dealerships, loads applicant information into the loan decision system, then pulls credit bureau reports. Reviews applicant information and obtains additional information as necessary. Interviews credit applicant, verifies employment references, runs NADA value reports, then enters vehicle valuation data in the system. Relays applicant status to dealers, Marketing Managers, and branch leadership. answers inbound telephone calls, balances cash drawers, post payments, and performs other office duties. Reviews collection reports and executes action plans as directed by leadership. Accepts customer payments and assists customers with account inquiries. Resolves discrepancies on incomplete accounts and investigates customer information.
