We also manage to keep a sense of humor along the way.  So if you’re ready for WaMu, read on! In this position you will be responsible for answering inbound and transferred calls from our Spanish speaking credit card customers. You will be verifying account information, handling customer inquiries, performing account maintenance, and utilizing tools to retain customer accounts. Your secondary responsibilities will include taking overflow English speaking customer calls. The successful candidate will have at least 12 months customer service experience, in a call center environment is preferred.  The ideal candidate will be willing to work well with teammates, have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, basic computer skills, and excellent attendance and adherence toward work schedules.  5 week paid training is Monday - Friday 9:00am-6:00pm.  Most work schedules have a day off during the week and a day off during the weekend.  Day, mid-day, and evening shifts may be available, flexibility towards scheduling is required.   Washington Mutual is an equal opportunity employer.
