Customer Service Representative II

Resolves escalated and sensitive merchant questions regarding various problems by telephone. Resolves customer questions, complaints and requests, which may involve some policy interpretation based on knowledge of the organization, products and related services and policies. Applies his/her knowledge of systems, procedures, customers to perform diverse assignments in support of the day-to-day customer service effort. Resolves most questions and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels. Operates a personal computer and appropriate software packages or its equivalent. - Answer incoming calls from merchants, providing answers to inquiries
- Identify & troubleshoot merchant problems, escalate for resolution
- Run various reports and fax as requested by merchants and account managers
- Assist merchants in answering questions regarding chargebacks
- Perform testing on new products/participate on project teams, as necessary


Associates degree or equivalent; minimum one to three years customer service related experience; excellent phone & oral communication skills; excellent follow through and troubleshooting skills; pc literate.

 

Must be able to work a rotating schedule including 3 evenings,1 (8 pm shift), 1 (7 pm shift) & 1 (6 pm shift)
