As a CSR - Team Lead, you are responsible for training and guiding Customer Service Representatives (CSR's). Making recommendations regarding performance management, hiring, terminations, and or salary adjustments. Responsible for daily balancing of the office. Functions with higher override/authority levels than the CSR's, and handles complex issues and problems. Assists with the efficient operations of the banking office which  includes using Huntington’s automated scheduling program, vault, reporting, security, and compliance responsibilities. Cross-sells bank products and services including referring customers to appropriate areas. Responsible for coaching and motivating CSR's regarding customer referrals to Personal Bankers for bank products and services. Functions as the liaison between banking office management and CSR's.  Maintains confidentiality at all times.

Requirements: A High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year Teller experience requiredPrior supervisory and bank platform experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.Must demonstrate the ability and desire to recognize customer’s needs and refer them appropriately.
