Customer Service Representatives/Tellers

Part-time - 20 hrs per week

In this role, you’ll process customer transactions in a timely manner while providing World Class customer service that exceeds customer’s expectations.

 

DUTIES:

* Accurately completes settlements on a daily basis with a minimum of errors and within time guidelines

* Processes ATM transactions and assists in settlement

* Recognizes sales opportunities and cross sells bank products by making quality referrals to team members who are responsible for closing the sale

* Meets teller referral goals

* Understands and complies with audit, regulatory and security procedures

* Assist with training of tellers

* Performs other duties and tasks as requested

 

REQUIREMENTS:

* HS diploma or equivalent

* 1 yr of teller/CSR or cash handling experience in a retail sales environment

* Ability to work independently

* PC proficiency

* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

* Retail or customer service experience preferred
