Including yours.  * As ranked for 2006 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Feb. 2, 2007)© 2007.CTSC Customer Service Tech II  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Ability to identify priority items in relation to tax due and delinquent dates·  Ability to review accounts and analyze the issues to be resolved·  Must be aware of internal and external resources to aide in research (loan documents, Tax Authorities, Title Companies etc.)·  Correct all outstanding issues involved with a loan and ensure that all future payments can be made accurately·  Ability to determine the proper course of action to resolve items as well as executing procedures to resolve issues  ·  Must follow department policy and procedures as well as state and federal rules and regulations  A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High school diploma is required.  ·  1 + year loan servicing experience related to escrow administration·  Experience in customer service related work and must have excellent telephone skills·  Effective verbal, listening, comprehension, and written communication skills·  Proficient in mathematical and analytical skills·  Self motivated, detailed, and deadline oriented·  Ability to multi-task and flow from one assignment to another without loss of efficiency·  Computer skills including MS Window (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes)·  Minimum typing skills of 35 WPM  The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  Some college course work  Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
