We currently have an opening for a Equity Analysis associate in our Santa Ana office. In this role, you will be responsible for performing due diligence to acquire payoff figures from senior lien holders as well as reviewing a title report to obtain information to complete the Equity Analysis. Other job responsibilities include:* Review Title report* Determine Senior Lien holders.* Locate senior lenders for payoff requests.* Order senior lien payoff.* Track and follow up on requests.* Data entry in equity analysis utility.* Document in Wintrack.* Manage work queues.* Run and review internal, workload reports.* Data entry in equity analysis utility.QualificationsComputer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications & Adobe Acrobat.* Basic understanding of the different type of title documents found on a title Commitment.* Previous foreclosure experiences a plus.BenefitsFirst American offers an empowered work environment that encourages creativity, initiative and professional growth.
