Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 20 Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM -12:00 PM Qualifications Previous collections experience and Fair Debt preferred. Interdepartmental knowledge with an emphasis on branch processes and procedures. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal skills. Responsibilities Collect on DDA's and ODP's. Handle research requests for DDA customers effectively and efficiently. Manage customers ATM/MMC access/place holds and offset accounts when needed.
