We currently have an excellent opportunity in Los Angeles for a hard working, motivated team player who will be a member of the bank’s central customer analytics team that supports customer management and prospect acquisition efforts for both Retail and Commercial Banking. This position will provide you the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience to perform analysis using multiple data sources and software applications and interact with professionals from many areas of the bank.

We are looking for an individual with strong database skills used for developing customer insights. These database skills should be combined with a keen business sense and the ability to communicate your findings to others both verbally and in written reports. Along with strong data querying skills using MS Access or SQL, experience with D&B Market Insight and Claritas is strongly desired.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter and team player with strong communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Experience with Claritas segmentation system including iMark, Prime Location, Consumer Point, Business Point and PrizmNE. Geocoding experience, preferably utilizing MapInfo and experience working with a Marketing Customer Information File (MCIF) system as well as with analyzing marketing databases or designing targeted promotional campaigns. The ability to prioritize work, manage various deadlines and project task plans are keys to success. An inquisitive mind and the ability to translate data into business insights will enable you to play an important role in our B2B marketing efforts. Must have excellent analytical, research, planning, organizing, controlling, problem solving, math, and written/verbal communication skills. Must be PC proficient with MS Office Software.
