Deposit Operations Manager

In this position you will manage the daily activities of the Operations Department, including daily processing for all deposit accounts, IRA/CD administration,ACH, settlement of accounts, research and deposit account reporting activities.  Responsible for ensuring all processes comply with operating policy and banking regs while providing support to both internal and external customers. Reviews processes, trains staff members and develops/revises procedures as necessary.

Candidate must have strong demonstrated knowledge of banking regulations, deposit operations processes and banking compliance; 3-5 years prior experience supervising an operations unit in small-to-mid-size banking environment; superior written and verbal communications skills; strong analytical and problem solving abilities; able to work in a fast-paced, often demanding team environment; able to handle multiple priorities; pay close attention to detail; and have strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products. BA degree preferred.
