Deposit Reconcilement Associate

DEPOSIT  RECONCILEMENT ASSOCIATE

 

Brookline Bank is looking for an experienced Deposit Reconcilement Associate to join our Deposit Services Team. In conformance with Bank policies, strategies and procedures you will perform a variety of accounting functions in support of the department.

 

Some of the responsibilities of the position include:Verify FedLine Advantage incoming and outgoing wires with the FED statement.Contact and communicate adjustments with our 3rd party processor.Contact other institutions to seek resolution for check adjustments.Ensure all deposit general ledger accounts are in balance.Track and ensure funds are received for foreign collection items.

 

If you have over three years of account/bank operations experience combined with an Associates Degree in Accounting or its equivalent, demonstrated analytical and organizational skills as well as computer proficiency this may be the position for you.
