Role Title: Director Training & Development-Collections

 

Job Overview:

 

Responsible for creating a training and development culture that promotes continuous learning and skill development; expertise in collections management and training with the ability to collaborate with all stakeholders to drive quality and productivity enhancements; oversee  a variety of training programs including new hire, skill-based, systems and operations; establish performance monitoring/evaluation and calibrate with management to identify performance and knowledge/skill gaps; supervise and develop an effective team of learning and monitoring specialists. 1st Financial Bank USA (1FBUSA), one of the top 30 VISA/MasterCard issuers in the U.S., provides consumer credit services to a nationwide customer base.

 

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred) with a passion for learning Demonstrated knowledge of collections operations and management with 7-10 years of relevant collections management and adult training experience Ability to identify skill and training gaps in a call center environment In depth knowledge in instructional design and techniques Strong interpersonal and communications skills Proven coaching and leaderships skills MS Office proficiency
