Director of Architecture and Integration

Person should have worked with similar architectures or engineering roles in investment bank

Must have 10 to 12 years of capital markets background

Service Oriented Architectures, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) like Tibco, messaging, data architecture

They are consolidating 3 areas and this is why the person MUST have a complete integration and architecture background

The person will be responsible for setting up an architectural direction, an architectural roadmap, should be able to bring applications into the new architecture standards

If any group wants to get onto Tibco messaging framework, the candidate should be able to set a strategy for that

Candidate should have knowledge of application servers like JBOSS, Weblogic, .NET, Oracle Coherence (data grid for distributed data cache), Data replication. They do not have weblogic.

MUST have management experience as the candidate will be managing a group of 30 to 40 people

Person must be very hands-on and NOT just theoretical knowledge ** must have done this before

Client will review resumes, setup phone screens, and if they like the candidate they will bring the person in for an in-person interview.

If the candidate is good, I can get an immediate interview ** they would like the person to start in 1 to 2 weeks.
