Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Qualifications 5-10 years sales leadership experience. 5+ years call center sales management experience. Strong customer and sales service orientation. Strong knowledge of retail sales model. Strong customer and colleague development philosophy. Responsibilities Strategically manage the processes and initiatives for Phone Bank Sales, Service and Retention teams. Manage sales and retention goals and strategies to consistently deliver against goals. Tightly align sales process with retail branch sales best practices and leverage capabilities in training and incentives. Create and Maintain a positive working environment where sales agents are highly motivated and presented with strong career opportunities. Directly manage two exempt colleagues who support the phonebanks and provide them with the tools they need to motivate and develop their teams. Responsible for two locations, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania.
