Director of Financial Planning

Wyndham Vacation Ownership, the largest timeshare company in the world, is looking for qualified candidates to join our Summerlin finance team for the position of Director of Financial Planning. Job Summary —Manage the development and implementation of ongoing portfolio analysis/management tools for WCF.  Manage the development and implementation of the Annual Operating Plan and long-term business plan for WCF.  This position interfaces directly with WVO and WCF Senior Management on a regular basis.  This position has SFAS 140 oversight for all of WCF with interface to Corporate Finance and Accounting. Responsibilities-30%- Lead the consolidation, review and analysis of rolling forecast for WCF.  Oversee the development and implementation of models supporting a minimum six-quarter rolling forecast for corporate wide contracts and debt. 30%- Lead the ongoing monitoring and reporting efforts of the entire WCF loan portfolio.  Develop portfolio tracking and reporting tools which may involve directing system changes to achieve this goal. 20%- Lead the development/consolidation of the Annual Operating and Capital Plan for WCF.  Work with business units to understand impact of new initiatives, changes in structure and communicate ongoing with corporate. 10%- Oversight and review of FAS 140 models and forecasts: ensure consistency among assumptions based on facility structure.  Work with D&T as necessary) on monthly compliance and recording of journal entries with respect to various securitizations. 10%- Coach, train and educate staff and leaders in all areas as to the tools and expertise available to support timely and accurate forecasting for the business units of WCF.   Minimum Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Account or Finance-Three to five years Forecasting and budgeting including modeling-Two-four years securitization experience including modeling-Four years management/supervisory experience-Advanced MS Excel skills required Preferred Qualifications:-MBA and/or CPA Wyndham Vacation Ownership offers full benefits within 30 days (medical, dental, vision), 401k within one year, tuition reimbursement, a fun work environment, childcare assistance, and many, many travel related discounts!!!
