Director of Financial Reporting for Large Financial Services Company

Director of Financial Reporting role for a well-known financial services company located in Central Jersey.  This large organization is a great place for growth, and in addition to a solid base salary, offers bonus potential that can match the base. Overview of Responsibilities: Preparation of internal and external reporting, including financial statements and packages for the board Oversight as to compliance with regulatory agencies and Sarbanes-Oxley Assist in development of technology to streamline information and create efficiencies in the deliverance of financial information Research any new technical pronouncements and reporting requirement, and report this information to the company Manage staff that is at the Manager level Requirements: BS Accounting or Finance, CPA required 10+ year’s experience Previous experience in a high level role for a financial services company (i.e. Controller, Reporting Manager) Strong technical background, especially with SEC requirements, accounting for investments, loans, securitization and leasesPlease submit your resume to Jennifer Giambrone, jennifergiambrone@mergisgroup.com .  You can also contact Jennifer at 610-337-1113.
