The Rollover team is a part of the Product Group in the PWI, Customer Acquisition & Development organization. This team is responsible for the development and overall management of programs and efforts to support customer retention via internal rollover and cash capture, acquisition via external rollover and development via consolidation. Position Description: Lead initiatives designed to identify, develop, enhance and maintain Small Business Retirement products and services. Responsible for significant work streams for a major cross-functional Retirement Season campaign across PWI. Provide insight and tangible support to ensure Fidelity remains America’s Retirement Company. Primary Responsibilities: Product Management As a member of the retirement products team, you are expected to drive the development of personal retirement products and services offering. This work will encompass enhancements to existing products and potentially launching new products and/or services. Ensure products are industry leading and designed for future growth and scalability. Focus will be on customer experience, customer penetration, and market share growth. Retirement Season Be an integral contributor to PWI’s annual Retirement Season campaign. Effort includes strategic planning with key business partners, development of overall positioning and messaging, and cross-functional campaign management to ensure flawless execution across PWI. (including: Coordinating “Retirement Site Days” for each of PWI phone sites, internal communication strategy, and development of online content) Product and Service Development Act as lead sponsor for a variety of initiatives designed to improve retirement products and services in support of Retirement Leadership, Customer Experience and Scale & Profitability. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and oversee the efforts of multiple business partners during the development and launch of new and/or enhanced products and services. Identify opportunities for product and service development, leveraging regulatory and compliance developments, customer and representative feedback, business needs and market research. Perform competitive analysis of retirement products and services. Examples of specific initiatives include: Enhancing the customer experience for small business owners. Identify opportunities beyond our retirement offering to attract new small business relationships or deepen existing relationships with small business owners whom we already count as customers. (e.g. Launch PI “Practice Perks” program for customers who register themselves as small business owners. Examine the small business lead generation process and standardized “best practices” to be shared across PWI. Identify problem areas and related solutions relating to the ongoing retention of these valued small business clients. Keep abreast of major retirement legislation and working with Government Affairs, PWI partners, and cross-Fidelity retirement leaders on Fidelity’s point of view.
