District Operatioins Leader, Retail Scope of the PositionYou will perform monthly and semiannual compliance certification for district branches, review KSAP self-assessments, oversee the annual continuity and recovery plan, coordinate ongoing operational communications to the KeyCenters, and implement new operational procedures. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulatory, security and operational procedures; provide mentoring and guidance for KCRLs on policy and procedure questions; assist in staff training; resolve escalated facility issues; coordinate operational activities of new and consolidated KeyCenters; handle high-level, complex customer issues; monitor district performance and make recommended action steps for improvement; serve as liaison with the disaster recovery group; monitor district overdraft and provide approvals for daily NSF review over KeyCenter limits; and serve as a resource to ARL for KeyCenter robberies.QualificationsRequirements include 2-4 years of branch operations experience, 2+ years of audit experience, strong understanding of balance sheets and financials, PC proficiency (e-mail, spreadsheets, intranet), driver's license, and a 2-4 year college degree.
