Division Managers - Sales

Within this dynamic, international and learning environment we are looking for:

 

Division Managers - Sales

 

….who will be responsible for winning major US based national, multi-national and global customers operating in a number of well defined industry vertical markets.  These positions are home office based and can be located in the Midwest or on the East or West coast.  Atradius Collections operates from its Americas Regional Head Office in Itasca, a suburb of Chicago, Illinois.

 

The Challenge

 

You will be responsible for growing the Atradius Collections business within your specific industry vertical market and winning new clients for Atradius Collections. Key activities include: identification of new prospects (through market research), assessment of client needs and management of risk. Key aspects are business growth, profitability and relationship development.

 

· You will focus on closing large program transactions with national and multinational companies.

· You will identify target companies and lead competitive sales campaigns in your territory, working together with marketing.

· You will develop and own the sales strategy for each target account and identify a winning value proposition in each case.

· You will build relationships with important trade associations and intermediaries in your market vertical.

· You will map customer requirements to Atradius capabilities.

· You will align with other Atradius Collections teams to optimize success rates and revenue growth.

· You will cooperate with other Atradius sales teams for cross boarder sales opportunities

· You will report to the Executive Manager, Commercial Americas, based in Itasca, Illinois

 

The position is home based.  Actual location is very flexible.

 

The Right Candidate

 

You will have a depth of experience selling into one of several industry vertical markets.  We are especially interested in speaking with senior sales professionals with experience in banking and leasing (including asset financing and securitization); transportation and logistics; retail and distribution; textiles, apparel and footwear; chemicals and plastics.  With your experience and proven track record of success in acquiring high profile corporate customers and dealing with key decision makers you will form part of an international team where you will exchange knowledge and find support from each other in implementing our growth strategy.

 

We expect you have

 

· A bachelors degree

· At least 5 years of direct selling experience in a multi-national and multi-functional business environment

· A hunger for success as a Senior Sales Professional with a proven track record in solution driven sales…

· ….in the B2B arena

· ….with corporations in the desired industry vertical markets

· ….managing larger and multinational clients

· Ability to create and develop relationships with senior managers in the customers’ organisation

· High communication skills, high customer orientation, result and profit focused and solution driven, flexible and highly motivated

· Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)

· Willingness to travel, including rarely on an international scope
