Document Processing - Encoding Experience Required Workway Professional Staffing has the immediate need for an experienced document processor/encoder - 1st shift. Must have experience working in a bank/credit union/simial financial institution. Good ten key abilities and very detail oriented. Please see job description below prior to applying. Checks received from local financial institutions and the Federal Reserve Bank are prepared for capture, sorted using a Unisys NDP 1150 transport, reconciled and balanced back to incoming cashletter information. This position is also responsible for processing Bank By Mail, Loan/Remittance payments and ATM Deposit transactions using a Unisys Quantum 600 sorter. Balancing of individual transactions and overall balancing at end of day is an important component of this position. Limited research of transactions and handling of adjustments are also assigned duties. Position responsibilities require flexibility with scheduling plus ability to handle stress due to changes in workload and deadlines. Will perform other job duties as assigned.
