Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Qualifications Some college or minimum 4 years commercial lending experience. Good knowledge of corporate banking products and services. Good knowledge of commercial loan documentation. Good understanding of all types of collateral perfection. Maintain a general knowledge of Credit Policy and Procedures. General knowledge of basic accounting principals and methods. Basic knowledge of real estate law. Solid understanding of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong interpersonal skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. Strong personal computer and keyboarding skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Professional ethics and confidentiality in the administration of client records and documents. Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation / review of all commercial loan documentation packages for scanning, including complex loan packages. Import loan packages from share drives to scanners. Indexing and validation of all scanned documents. Participate in various audits as required by management. Maintain commercial loan documentation files in compliance with divisional quality standards. Assume additional responsibilities as requested by management. Meet service level standards and comply with appropriate regulations.
