Technical Analyst for Commercial Customer Support

Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured

Business Analyst with extensive experience in Financial and Transaction Services, leveraging technical expertise and operations, EDI processing and EDI ANSI X12 syntax, data mapping using Vector Connexion EDI translator, VAN processing.

Experience developing test plan and script and UNIT /SIT/UAT and regression testing methodology, ACH/CTX processing. Experience working directly with Cash Management customers, product management and operations partners. Extensive experience developing business and technical requirements, procedures. Experience working programmers, business line and operations manager to design processing flow and integrate the design as a new product.

Critical Competencies: skills and abilities required for the role:

Need extensive experience in Financial and Transaction Services, leveraging Technical expertise and operations.

Experience: Relevant experience for the role

5 - 10 years in industry.

Looking for someone who is strong in these areas:

" Business process assessment, requirements gathering

" Writing Business and Technical requirements

" Data mapping using translator; such Gentran, Connexion, etc.

" VAN (value Added Network) setup and processing

" EDI ANSI X12 - transaction sets: 820, 996 and 997

" Test methodology (UNIT, SIT. UAT, regression)

" ACH / CTX processing / NACHA rules

" Mainframe applications; TSO/ISPF, CICS, Cobol, JCL

" Experience in Analysis, Design, Development of mainframe solution,

" Some experience in Financial and transaction processing

" Documentation and training

" Customer interaction

Other Significant Role Requirements: Any further key factors which have a bearing on a candidate's ability to perform
