Invest in you! Assist the Enterprise Risk Group in managing various projects to improve risk management, including topics such as transaction level risk parameters, Economic Capital and RAROC, concentration risk management, market risk stress testing and reporting.Focusing during the next 12 months on parameter calculations for the Retail portion of the Basel II project. Day to day management and execution of risk related projects, working closely with the other members of the Enterprise Risk Group. Short and intermediate term focus on day-to-day execution of the Retail Basel II project, which requires calculation of key risk parameters (PD, LGD, EAD) according to Basel definitions, employing cutting edge statistical methodology (e.g. regression analysis), as well as documentation, back-testing and validation. Application of strong analytical abilities and risk methodology knowledge to enhance the bank’s risk analytics. Analytical degree from a leading university a plus.  Prior bank experience a plus.  Prior consulting experience a plus.  Prior Basel II or related risk experience required.  Position requires strong project management and communication skills, as well as outstanding analytical abilities and the ability to work efficiently and independently.  Strong focus on accuracy and reliability, so as to ensure confidence in results.
