EVP Retail Operations

Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Executive Vice-President of Retail Operations to direct all aspects of our member facing operations.   Management of retail operations includes lending, collections, marketing, and branch operations     The EVP will be responsible for directing all aspects of our retail operations including short and long term planning, recommending programs and policies, development of new products and services, staff development and communication of strategic goals and objectives.  

Qualified candidate will have seven plus years of experience managing branch operations with background in lending, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.  Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred.  Extensive knowledge of regulatory issues and proven ability to develop financial products and services.  Excellent communication skills both written and oral, as well as project management skills.
