The Electronic Services Associate performs the daily operations of ACH origination, ACH settlement, ACH exception item handling, Wire/Western Union (electronic funds transfer) processing, coin and currency.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 All aspects of daily processing of Wire-out and Wire-in transactions and balancingWestern Union daily QuickCash processingACH member support with emphasis on rules and regulationsFunds transfer member support for Wire and Western Union inquiriesFed Account Balance positioning throughout the day to ensure no overdraftsInternational wire and foreign draft processingACH detail lookups and ACH software processingPerform all functions of the Members United currency programs. This includes all service area programs through the Federal Reserve Bank, as well as correspondent banks.

 

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, two years customer service experience and strong PC skills.  Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality with the ability to work independently.
