Now, with 48 branches and more than $3.8 billion in assets, Wescom Credit Union has become the essential banking alternative for more than 300,000 members.Position Summary: Performs day to day processing and maintenance of services provided in Electronic Services. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: Handles routine processing of outstanding adjustments, corrections, and balancing functions related to ATM’s. Assists in ATM servicing and maintaining a cash ordering system for the ATM network. Assists in ensuring ATM uptime by placing service calls to vendors, monitoring ATM network, communication to internal departments and branches. Responds to a wide variety of telephone, written, and email inquiries, researches problems, and provides information to internal and external customers. Ensures timely resolutions of customer, system, and branch related issues. Assists in reviewing and clearing ATM related general ledgers. Compiles statistics, maintains records and files of assigned functions and creates monthly reconciliations for Accounting Department. Provides basic technical support with software and web based EFT products to internal and external customers by phone and email. Performs data entry into different vendor applications, as well as, proprietary systems affecting customer accounts. Thorough knowledge of credit union policies and department procedures. Audit and monitor loss prevention reports to minimize losses to the credit union. OTHER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ability to balance figures, compile data, perform data entry, interact with members, research and prepare reports, proofread and process department documents, set up and maintain filing systems, and maintain department records EDUCATION: High School education, one to two years of previous experience, and prior accounting related work experience We offer a competitive compensation package, including 401(k), medical, dental, life and other benefits.
