Required Skills:Bachelor - Business, Education, Human Resource. Develop written and oral communication skills, project management skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, maturity, critical thinking, problem solving, supervisory skills, and organizational skills. Analyzing converting and existing client needs/wants and determining what might work best for each. Strategy - plan of attack developing goals and objectives for each client; tailoring plan to individual client needs. Developing education materials for each client to be used through the life of the plan while working within budget concerns.
