Enterprise Architect - Tibco

Galen Technology Solutions is currently looking for a candidate with the following experience for one of our clientele:

 Responsible to work collaboratively with the business and technology to provide architecture leadership and solutions for projects and initiatives.  Develop architecture specifications that outline all software behavior needed to accomplish business requirements and partner with technical architects and IT infrastructure organization.

Scoping and building the infrastructure for these initiatives; define business proves architecture, including decisions and supporting detail (process decomposition) for key business capabilities; lead and facilitate sessions with business subject matter experts to define business capabilities and processes and establish the foundation of architecture solutions.  Identify and document business process decisions and that must be addressed to realize an operating strategy/business capability; create and maintain the architecture for the business process domain to ensure alignment with the organization’s technology priorities and reference architecture; abstract problem spaces and derive architecture patterns and apply design patterns where needed.

Skill Set/Business Knowledge:  At least 5-6 years of experience in enterprise architecture, software design, business process modeling and management.  Ability to lead developers toward specified architecture implementation.  Must have experience with Tibco; Basic BPMN, BPEL, Business process modeling tools; Unified Modeling Language (UML), Basic Java, RAD or EclipseIf you are interested, and feel you are qualified for this position, please send a current resume in MS Word format.
