Escrow Processor/Loan Operations

Under general supervision, this position will manage our mortgage portfolio of loans to ensure data accuracy. Perform escrow analysis on all escrowed accounts. Communication will occur with various taxing authorities and insurance carriers to ensure city and county taxes remain current on all secured properties, and mortgagee is maintaining Homeowners Insurance pursuant to loan documents.  Maintain tickler system on escrowed and non escrowed accounts and submit invoices for payment to accounting department as required.  Other monthly reporting will be required and may involve manual processing and system adjustments.

Specifications / Qualifications

One year or more mortgage servicing experience in escrow and/or tax & insurance department.

Proficient in Excel, Word and Internet.Explorer.

Ability to organize and prioritize work load, strong verbal and written communication skills, mathematical ability and basic accounting skills, strict adherence to time frames, attention to detail, ability to detect errors in account or match, basis problem solving skills, proficient in research.
