Local Financial Services Client is NEED of an Exceptional Receptionist to fill-in on a temporary basis. Receptionist Duties: - Answering, placing and directing calls in a courteous and efficient manner and routing messages. - You will also receive and direct visitors, maintain the sign-in log, accept packages and route electronic faxes to departmental fax machines. - Keeping an updated binder of employee extensions as well as receptionist desk information. - Keeping the lobby area tidy for visitors.Administrative Duties:- Composing profession documents, managing company’s database, creating spreadsheets and maintaining electronic files.-Working with high level personnel-Assist with basic clerical work Requirements IDEAL candidate should possess the following skills:Past experience operating multi-line telephone HIGH level of professionalismBasic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelWilling to assist with additional administrative projects  RemX Financial Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
