Location: Salt Lake City, UT

 

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Complete Benefits.

 

Job Summary:

You will be able to write a variety of leases to include, jets, huge office equipment, bid rigs, tractors, and really ANYTHING else that can be leased. Leases range from 100K to over 50MM with the bulk of the leases around 2MM.

 

Typical work flow would involve you working with 60-80 customers with maybe 150MM in outstanding. If you have focused only on Commercial Loan Underwriting we can cross train you in the minor differences in specific structuring of Commercial Leasing. At any given time you will be working on 3-8 deals at a time depending on complexity. This department is extremely well run. From sales to completion it is a one stop shop. Your peers have great experience and are highly qualified. The person you report directly to is a great leader, an expert in Commercial Leasing and highly respected by others.

 

Requirements:

Minimum of eight (8) years of solid credit underwriting in a larger bank environment and working on leases that are not all small.

Must have advanced credit analyst skills and a background in Commercial Loan Underwriting or Commercial Lease Underwriting.

Regretfully experience with only Credit Unions, Extremely small banks, Industrial Loan outfits, etc will not qualify you for this role as the focus is on larger deals. Big Bank background preferred.
