There are no typical days and each day is filled with a variety of duties such as managing a staff, completing company reports, training and assisting the Customer Service Representatives with their duties and overall supervising the day-to-day store operations. In addition, it is your job to increase the company’s profitability through growth while at the same time insuring customer satisfaction.
