 Mortgage Research Center (MRC) was founded with one goal in mind. We want to help Americans become home owners. Because we have never been comfortable offering subprime loan products, we instead have focused on government home loan products.

Each one works with first-time homebuyers and especially, helping our United States Veterans and active duty members. All of our mortgage specialists are highly trained in FHA and VA lending. Over 95% of the loans we close are FHA or VA loans.
