Minimum of one-year customer service and sales required.  Loan experience in banking is strongly preferred.  Must have assertive communication skills along with a focus for sales.  Must be a team player, energetic and self-motivated.  Must exhibit a very friendly and helpful attitude along with clients and co-workers.  Demonstrate ability to identify client needs and implement an effective solution in a rapid growth environment.  Must have proficiency in Word, Excel, and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office software.  Job Description: Position is focused on uncovering the needs of clients and recommends the appropriate banking products and services for the client.  Opens new deposit relationships, obtaining all required documentation.  Promotes cross-selling of retail products by profiling existing and prospective clients.  Provides outstanding customer service while responding to daily client inquiries.  Maintains highest level of customer service while achieving quarterly and annual retail sales goals.  Ensures all aspects of bank operations are in compliance with all applicable state and Federal laws, regulations, and bank policies and procedures.  This position includes outside sales calling.
