Facilities Manager

Los Angeles based firm has opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team.  To be considered you must possess thorough working knowledge of facilities and property management including building equipment systems and facility operations as well as detailed experience in project management, preparing and managing budgets, contract negotiation, vendor relations, purchasing and overseeing staff at multiple sites.  Familiarity with State, Federal and local health/safety codes and regulations required.  Must have excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.  Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.  We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the successful, service-oriented candidate.  Well qualified individuals are encouraged to submit resume to facilitiesmgr3@aol.com
