Won’t you join us?   Required Skills: -Bachelors degree in marketing or related field. -Minimum 7 years' experience in business or event marketing. -Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with all levels of management, staff and external audiences. -Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in order to meet deadlines and adhere to budgets. -Thorough knowledge of all elements of the marketing mix; experience in preparation of marketing plans. -Excellent written and verbal communications. -Team attitude. -Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.  Preferred Skills: Financial Marketing experience.  Essential Job Functions: As part of the KeyBank East Region Marketing team, plans and executes marketing programs for the Hudson Valley/Metro NY District. Responsible for developing, managing and tracking field marketing strategies and initiatives, and supporting national marketing initiatives and within this two market areas. Develops marketing strategies and tactics to support of each line of business (LOB) business plan, goals and objectives. Also serves as a proactive, integral member of the districts’ senior management team and provides marketing support and counsel.-Develop, execute and manage Key’s marketing activities in support of entry into and growth of Key’s share in Hudson Valley/Metro NY. -Plan and execute marketing initiatives for five primary LOBs. -Measure and track marketing initiatives against stated goals. -Act as the voice of the customer and identify local issues and competitive opportunities to improve marketing and communication of Key's products and services. -Negotiates sponsorships and events to ensure consistent brand awareness and maximize Key's exposure and value. -Activate and manage local sponsorship and events. -Manages district marketing budget allocation. -Represents Key to media, in partnership with Public Affairs to promote favorable impression and gain maximum awareness.  Marginal Job Functions: Media buying.
