Description:ResponsibilitiesGeneral Statement of Duties:Field Sales Representative will drive credit results by creating action plans for key client to increase acquisition, activation and transactions. These plans will include needs assessment, training, development of incentives and contests, and tailored strategies based on key metrics analysis. Field Sales Representatives will drive credit growth at the store and district with a focus on regional level relationships and strategies.Examples of Duties:Become Subject Matter Expert on client credit and operations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with store, district and especially regional managers. Design and create training, and overview materials to strategically grow credit sales Monitor market goals & key metrics for assigned regions. Review data trends and make data based recommendationsAbility to deliver effective training and overview presentations in a corporate environment. Strong ability to develop documentation, job aids and produce professional presentations. Monitoring of programs to ensure results are achieved. Assist with credit acquisition grand openings.Monitor stores for POS compliance.Gather competitive analysis for use in ongoing training and action plansProvide communication link between field and client sales managers; communicating best practices, competitive intelligence and credit growth strategy.Manipulate excel reporting and share metrics with regions/districts/stores on a weekly basisResponsibilitiesQualifications:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.Strong time management skills Computer skills proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPointExcellent interpersonal/presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
