Field Service ATM Technician 2 Level

CMS Security is an established ATM Servicing company providing 2nd and 3rd level technical services. This includes banking equipment for local and out of state financial institutions.  This is a locally owned and operated company with highly recognized customer service base.

 

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

 

The Field Service ATM Technician (Level 2) team member is to provide technical maintenance, installation and repairs on equipment within the Utah region. Team member will be working with customer operations to ensure complete customer satisfaction.  You will be responsible for equipment maintenance, incidence reports, customer resolutions, network compliance and preventative maintenance, meeting the quality standards of CMS Security.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILIITES:

 

- Provide Customer Satisfaction

- Provide Equipment Service

- Provide Dispute Resolutions for Merchants

- Provide Telephone Technical Support

- Provide the Highest Customer Service

 

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

 

1.  Position requires a strong team oriented individual with electromechanical aptitude with just plain common sense.

2.  Requires computer hardware and software skills.

3.  The ability to lift and move heavy loads, stand for long periods, climb, bend and stoop.

4.  Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service

5.  ATM experience is a must. (Diebold, NCR, Triton, Tranax etc.)

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

- Travel outside the area will also be required for training.

- Must be able to organize and manage vehicle stocks and assigned tools.

- The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and on-call

- Must be authorized to work in the US

- Must have a valid drivers license

- Must pass a comprehensive background check including credit, criminal, driving record and drug screening.
