File Maintenance Associate

Wyndham Vacation Ownership, the world's largest vacation ownership company and hotel franchisor, is seeking qualified candidates in the Las Vegas area for the position of  File Maintenance Associate.Responsibilities:-Calculate and key amount of charges to be added and or removed from accounts. -Process and submit receivable refunds to customers accounts. -Verify data for accuracy. -Process member number combination requests-High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. -Two (2) years general office. -One (1) year data entry (minimum 8,000 kph). -Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows. -Some accounts receivable experience helpful. -Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. -Must be able to function successfully with minimal supervision. -Must be able to plan, organize, and prioritize in an effective, productive manner.  Wyndham Vacation Ownership offers full benefits within 30 days medical, dental, and vision, (401k after one year of service), tuition reimbursement, short and long term disability, a fun work environment, childcare assistance, and many, many travel related discounts!!!
