As an Investment Advisor, you will be responsible to provide sales and production support for the Credit Union's Investment Advisor's to assist them in increasing productivity while maintaining a high level of service to member clients. You will be responsible to – ·  Contact assigned member clients to conduct regularly scheduled reviews of financial goals and account performance.·  Process paperwork and trades for assigned member clients to ensure accurate and appropriate handling of requests are performed within legal requirements and regulations.·  Handle routine member inquiries; effectively work with back-office support personnel at vendors and broker-dealer to ensure a high degree of quality service and member satisfaction.  Report specific problems to Financial Consultant on an as needed basis.·  Perform control item procedures when gathering and processing member client information to maintain the highest level of and privacy and confidentiality.·  Set up and manage client files to ensure the appropriate information is maintained and in accordance with NASD and the Investment Services department compliance standards.· Obtain and monitor investment service department statements to maintain up-to-date monthly/quarterly account statements by vendor. What you will need – · Five to ten years of similar or related experience (Minimum five years experience in financial services industry.)
