Enjoy high market visibility, representing the bank in pivotal role as manager for banks main branch location. Role extends into the community by participating in local activities, prospecting for new consumer, business and commercial accounts. Opportunity to Lead and Direct sales, service and productivity initiatives in the branch. Identify and cross-sell a wide range of retail, consumer and commercial banking services, armed with an array of highly competitive product offerings. Successful candidate will bring well-developed technical and management skill sets to motivate and coach the branch team, ensure successful development and performance of the team consistent with bank policies. Successful candidate will have demonstrated well developed sales and customer service skill sets, able to identify, pursue and close on new business opportunities with new and existing clients.  Proactively lead and manage the branch unit to higher sales and service levels. Successful candidate will thrive in working in a positive, team-oriented environment, contributing to the ongoing success of the organization.You must possess these minimum background requirements: Minimum 5+ years progressive relevant retail banking. Minimum 3+ years branch management experience. BS, BA or BBA Degree preferred. Sales training in sophisticated bank operating environment desired. Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multi-dimensional thinking skills.
