We offer a competitive market salary of $12-14 per hour plus a generous benefits package. The hours will be 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday and one Saturday every 4-6 weeks from 9am to 4pm. Must have 2-4 years experience.BASIC FUNCTION:Responsible for building relationships with current customers and establishing relationships with new customers, by consulting, presenting and proactively selling Bank products and services in an inbound/outbound phone environment. Responds to both simple and complex customer inquiries and requests.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Serving as the Bank’s point of contact for current and prospective customers making telephone inquiries or requests; ensures timely response and follow through. 2. Presenting and selling various Bank products, services, and alternative investments to new and existing customers; illustrating the personal benefits and assisting the customer in the selection of the product or services that meet their financial needs. 3. Opening and renewing customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency. 4. Serving as a contact for customers requesting an account be closed; exploring reasons for closures, and taking appropriate action to save the account and/or the relationship. 5. Responding to and following through on all inbound and outbound telephone customer inquiries and requests. 6. Following-up with customers, as required, to ensure their needs have been met. 7. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all Bank products, including alternative investment products, services, policies, procedures, and operating systems; ensuring ongoing skills competency through participation in educational opportunities. 8. Achieving individual customer service and sales (inbound and outbound calls) quality and quantity goals set by management. 9. Developing new customer relationships and expanding existing ones; promoting customer loyalty by providing professional, exceptional, customer service in accordance with the Bank’s Customer Service Standards. 10.
