Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Customer Support/Client Care Reference Code:  11-11111-506881 Location:  Chicago South, IL 60606 Job Status:  Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Local financial institution is currently seeking a representative to service broker dealer clients over the phone in a call center environment.  Will handle brokerage accounts but can also service annuity clients.   Job Responsibilities  ·  Answer inbound phone calls and provide service to brokerage and annuity clients as well as serve as a resource to Financial Consultants, Sales Assistants, and bank personnel. · Exercise and maintain an acceptable level of compliance and adhere to the provisions of LaSalle Financial Services’ Compliance guidelines. ·  Maintain a high level of customer service including the timely research and resolution of customer account discrepancies. ·  Enter all client interactions and transactions into various computer programs. · Use client management and NFS systems (Streetscape and FBSI) to access client information. ·  Other duties as required.  Job Requirements (MUST HAVE)  ·  Series 7 and Series 66 Licensing.  Life Insurance License ·  Comfortable learning new systems and procedures ·  Superior phone client service and sales skills.  Must also excel in written correspondence.
